Confirmed Service Customer
Don’t understand the point of making an appointment if they keep your vehicle for 3 days before touching it, then calling to say they need to order a part. When the part comes in you make another appointment and they can’t get to vehicle for a 2 hour fix and keep your truck again!! Absolutely ridiculous. Someone needs to come up with a better system. Not good for customer service for sure!!!
