An hour and forty minutes for an oil change is ridiculous, especially since I arrived for a 1:00 p.m. appoint at 12:50 p.m., my vehicle was taken back by 1:00 p.m., and no other vehicles presented themselves for service or repairs until 2:15 p.m.

Great sales and finance team

Staff was professional and kind. This is my second time using JK Collision Center for repairs on my vehicle, and was pleased with the results of my vehicle both times.

Poor service

Bought a 2025 Tahoe Premier from Tony. It was a professional, smooth, seamless experience. I highly recommend shopping here.

Had to trade my truck in with huge depreciation hit due to it being in 1000 pieces with no ETA on special tool to put back together and little faith that all the pieces would be put back together correctly in a timely fashion. This was correct line of thinking as it is 8 months later and it looks like maybe the dealership finally got back together. Between the dealer service department and horrendous experience with GM “customer service” this situation was one that had me seriously considering leaving GM altogether, which is almost a guarantee of if I run into similar issues again with my new truck or wife’s Suburban.

I had a great experience at JK Chevrolet! Dillon made the process easy and made me a deal I couldn’t refuse. I will definitely be suggesting him and this dealership for anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Christopher was very knowledgeable about the car we were buying. Everyone was so nice. Best car buying experience i have had, 4 hours from start to finish. Don’t understand the point of making an appointment if they keep your vehicle for 3 days before touching it, then calling to say they need to order a part. When the part comes in you make another appointment and they can’t get to vehicle for a 2 hour fix and keep your truck again!! Absolutely ridiculous. Someone needs to come up with a better system. Not good for customer service for sure!!!

Miss Daisy is the best service advisor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. from setting up my appointment to getting my vehicle back after service work was completed, she kept me advised of what was happening and is the most kind and courteous person. I give Daisy 5 stars. You should give her a raise.
