Great service after the sell.

Scheduling my service was easy. Staff was friendly and professional. I brought my truck in for an oil change and they put the wrong oil in it. I caught a discrepancy on the invoice the next day and that’s how the mistake was discovered. The truck takes 0w20 Dexos-D and they put 5w30 Dexos-1 in it because they thought it was my old truck. Apparently no one verified the VIN number on the truck matched the ticket and the technician did not verify the oil was compatible with my truck, even though it has “Diesel” in big letters ont he engine.

I showed up Friday morning to see if they could squeeze me in for an oil change on my 2018 Tahoe and Ashley Doucet told me she would see what she could do. I left it with her, and she was able to get my oil changed and called me to pick it up around lunch time. EXCELLENT Customer Service.

Two of the three items the truck was brought in for were not fixed. Truck was in the shop for a week and nothing was fixed the first time. Had to bring truck back a second time for parts ordered and it was in the shop for another week. The appointment system is terrible because both my appointments were at 8am and apparently the service manager and the techs don't come in until 9am. No one to speak to about the issues on the trucks.

On time. Did good job.

An hour and forty minutes for an oil change is ridiculous, especially since I arrived for a 1:00 p.m. appoint at 12:50 p.m., my vehicle was taken back by 1:00 p.m., and no other vehicles presented themselves for service or repairs until 2:15 p.m.

I was very pleased with Dillon and the sales team at JK Chevrolet. I was initially in a bind after purchasing a new 2025 Chevrolet HD in December 2024 and ultimately was unable to use that vehicle for a planned upcoming trip to pull my fifth wheel travel trailer due to an oil leak. This oil leak was going to require a lengthy service as the transmission was going to have to be removed for further diagnostic purposes to locate the oil leak. Thank you for allowing me to trade in that truck which remains in service for another new 2025 Chevrolet HD allowing me the opportunity to go ahead and plan my upcoming trip.

Savannah was great to work with, she made everything easy for me and had a great personality, I will definitely recommend her to potential clients.
