Scheduling my service was easy. Staff was friendly and professional. I brought my truck in for an oil change and they put the wrong oil in it. I caught a discrepancy on the invoice the next day and thatā€™s how the mistake was discovered. The truck takes 0w20 Dexos-D and they put 5w30 Dexos-1 in it because they thought it was my old truck. Apparently no one verified the VIN number on the truck matched the ticket and the technician did not verify the oil was compatible with my truck, even though it has ā€œDieselā€ in big letters ont he engine.
