Confirmed Service Customer
Two of the three items the truck was brought in for were not fixed. Truck was in the shop for a week and nothing was fixed the first time. Had to bring truck back a second time for parts ordered and it was in the shop for another week. The appointment system is terrible because both my appointments were at 8am and apparently the service manager and the techs don't come in until 9am. No one to speak to about the issues on the trucks.
