Confirmed Service Customer
The dealer service staff were friendly and helpful. The only problem was parts backorder from Chevrolet. Once the parts arrived the service shop completed the repairs promptly. One part remains on backorder, but the car is now okay to drive. I have used JK Chevrolet several times for repairs and they have always delivered good work in a very reasonable time frame.
