Confirmed Service Customer
Better communication from service advisor would be nice. Had to call the next day to get a follow up on my truck, I was told I would get a call back later in the day, received no call and no answer when calling multiple times and texting through the customer link I was sent. Communication goes a long way for a customer especially when your dealership has possession of their vehicle.
