Confirmed Service Customer
I called the service department and told them what my problem was. I was towed I had to make an appointment which I did which I had to wait 10 days to get the appointment. My appointment was at 9:30 after getting there and talking to the service person, I was told that it could be two days before you could even look at my car so I am wondering why I had to have an appointment and since I did have an appointment at 9:30 why did I have to wait two days to even get you to look at my car. Now, if youļæ½ļæ½ļæ½re going to say that you were just so busy and so far behind, you need to hire more people to help you out. So if youļæ½ļæ½ļæ½re going to make people make an appointment, then you need to have someone look at their car that day, but in the meantime, I have heard that since I did not buy my car from your dealership that you put me at the end of the line and take cars that will vote from your dealership so if thatļæ½ļæ½ļæ½s the case I will just be going back to where I bought my car and have it worked on there
