The girls working in scheduling do a very good job. Ashley and Stephanie have done an admirable job. The three-star rating is because the roof on our C8 wasn't latched, my wife picked it up and saw the message on the dashboard which should have been caught by the technician. The car went into limp mode. I reset the roof when I got home from work. Small details missed could lead to big problems. The cars are engineered to minimize situations like this but should be checked off before the vehicle is turned back over to the customer.
