Once we got to the service center all Good. Making an appointment was a different story. Between myself and my wife we called 5 times leaving voice messages and never got an answer or a call back. Only when I got a hold of someone in sales at the dealership and they walked over to service to make my appointment was I able to get an appointment. There needs to be some responsibility in answering the phone or calling back messages in the service group.
