Confirmed Service Customer
I called the service department and told them what my problem was. I was towed I had to make an appointment which I did which I had to wait 10 days to get the appointment. My appointment was at 9:30 after getting there and talking to the service person, I was told that it could be two days before you could even look at my car so I am wondering why I had to have an appointment and since I did have an appointment at 9:30 why did I have to wait two days to even get you to look at my car. Now, if youļæ½ļæ½ļæ½re going to say that you were just so busy and so far behind, you need to hire more people to help you out. So if youļæ½ļæ½ļæ½re going to make people make an appointment, then you need to have someone look at their car that day, but in the meantime, I have heard that since I did not buy my car from your dealership that you put me at the end of the line and take cars that will vote from your dealership so if thatļæ½ļæ½ļæ½s the case I will just be going back to where I bought my car and have it worked on there

Thomas and Aldo did an excellent job. My experience rolled very smoothly and didn't have to wait on anything. The team was very knowledgeable of my vehicle and was able to show me the ins and outs of the truck. Also knew what I was looking for and hit the mark with the truck I purchased.

Made appointment, was there 30 minutes earlier than appointment, took my vehicle to the back in 15 minutes from arriving. After that EVERYTHING went down hill from there. It took 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Girl at the check in desk was rude to me when I tried to pay, she had her red phone in her hand up to her mouth talking, so I waited and went to desk around the wall and was told to go back over there who was on her phone. She eventually got off the phone and looked at me and said, I wasn't on my phone, I was on my tablet. Well you were holding the red phone in your hand up to your mouth talking while looking at the computer screen, So it sure looked like you were on your phone! Told me she doesn't have my ticket to just go back in the waiting room and they'll come get you when it's ready! The ONLY person that was nice was Daisy, I think her name was.

Better communication from service advisor would be nice. Had to call the next day to get a follow up on my truck, I was told I would get a call back later in the day, received no call and no answer when calling multiple times and texting through the customer link I was sent. Communication goes a long way for a customer especially when your dealership has possession of their vehicle.

When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly staff who explained what service was being provided. I was called that my truck was ready in a short period of time considering what was being done. Iļæ½ļæ½ļæ½m very happy with the service department.
